For certain couriers, it may take 2–5 business days for tracking details to appear in their system. If you’ve received your tracking number but there’s still no update after 5 working days, please contact our support team so we can assist you.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Due to logistical processes, items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels, even if you selected combined shipping. Rest assured, you will receive all products within the estimated delivery timeframe, and there are no extra shipping fees—no matter how many parcels your order is split into.
